For the Personnel department we are looking for one;
Personnel employee (HRM department)
As a Human Resources employee, you and your colleagues are the spiders in the web within the organization and responsible for managing, organizing and further professionalizing the Personnel Department. In addition to the tasks within the department, the focus will be on organizing and coordinating the training and training at Steinweg. In addition, you will be the contact point for all internal and external contacts. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to the change processes in the field of HRM within the Steinweg organization.
The most important activities are:
Support and organize all training and training programs within Steinweg;
Managing the personnel administration and files together with colleagues; processing personnel mutations;
Contact with the Steinweg locations;
Drafting and implementation of a training plan;
Follow up, evaluate and monitor training requests from Steinweg employees;
Inform about the course and training opportunities for employees and managers;
Supporting department managers and coordinators in the development of POP and PIP plans;
Continuous monitoring of developments in the field of training and education and institutes;
Facilitating internal courses and training;
Drafting reports for the management/manager PZ;
Administrative support to the field staff regarding the hiring of employees;
Reporting and recording absenteeism and sickness reporting;
Contact person for external training authorities;
Monitoring market developments in the field of HRM;
Inventory, registration and administrative support of training and recertification;
Proactively sparring with the department managers to better anticipate the training needs of the organization.
What do we expect from you?
You have at least an HBO job and think the level and have a completed HRM training;
You have at least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar job;
You are fast, accurate and decisive;
Work experience with MS office is a must, Afas is a plus;
You have an overview, you can switch quickly and you can proactively support the managers within Steinweg.
You feel responsible for the best result and you can approach colleagues and training institutes in the right way. Quality is of paramount importance;
You are communicative and you enjoy talking to colleagues;
You are strong in a process and strong in social terms;
Excellent in Dutch and English, both written and oral.
